When John and MarLa Rodriguez took ownership of Bayview, they brought something the company hadn't had before: a formal design foundation. MarLa's 25 years in interior architecture and John's 17 years in graphic design changed how Bayview approaches every property. We think about layout, spatial flow, proportion, and how a space is actually experienced — not just how it looks in a photo. That perspective is built into everything we do, from initial design through ongoing maintenance.
The result is outdoor spaces that function as well as they look — properties where the design holds up over time and the maintenance reflects the same standard it was built to.
